Location: Dublin, Ireland (Onsite)
Salary: €42,000 gross per year

About the Role

We are hiring a Spanish-speaking (Latin American) Content Moderator to join a growing Client Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for quality reviewing sensitive and high-risk content workflows, ensuring that decisions align with internal policies and global standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality reviews of content moderation decisions across multiple workflows
  • Review and assess sensitive content, including but not limited to:
    • Violence and credible threats
    • Self-harm and suicide-related content
    • Fraud, phishing, spam, and malware
    • Hate speech, harassment, and bullying
    • Child safety and exploitation-related content
    • Nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation
  • Conduct ID verification and authenticity reviews
  • Manage escalations and complex cases
  • Support workflows related to:
    • Viral and meme-based content (HERO)
    • Dangerous organizations (DOI)
    • High-risk political and social content requiring strong cultural context awareness
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met across global operations
  • Document findings clearly and accurately in internal systems

Candidate Profile
  • Spanish (Latin American) language: C2 level
  • English: Fluent (working proficiency)
  • Mandatory: Proven previous experience in Content Moderation
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality decision-making skills
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience when reviewing sensitive material
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable applying policies with cultural and regional nuance
  • Team-oriented with a solution-driven mindset
