Job Description
LGT Fund Managers ("FM") is seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to join the CEO Office. This role supports the CEO and leadership team of the LGT Fund Managers Organization. The role is key to upholding senior management governance and in the supporting the effective functioning of the FM leadership and management teams and other key fora.
The role focuses on the preparation, coordination and disciplined follow-through of management decisions. The successful candidate will ensure clarity of decision making, ownership of actions, and consistent execution across the FM organisation.
This is a high-exposure role requiring strong judgment, organisation, and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.

Committees & Senior Management Governance
- Coordinate the end-to-end running of senior management meetings, including agenda planning, readiness of materials, and formal documentation
- Support the CEO in structuring Fund Managers agendas to ensure focus, prioritisation and clear decision outcomes
- Capture decisions and actions accurately, ensuring clear ownership, milestones and deadline
- Track progress of agreed actions, proactively following up with stakeholders and escalating risks or delays
- Maintain strong governance standards, ensuring consistency, transparency and discipline across forums
CEO Support & Execution
- Act as a trusted execution partner to the CEO, supporting delivery of agreed priorities
- Provide structured updates to the CEO on FM actions, execution status and emerging issues
- Support preparation of executive-level materials, including decision papers, dashboards and briefing notes
Strategic & Operational Delivery
- Translate strategic decisions into clear execution plans and success measures
- Support and drive cross-functional initiatives sponsored by FM Senior Management and the CEO
- Analyse complex topics and synthesise information into concise, decision-ready outputs
- Coordinate input across functions to ensure balanced, well-informed recommendations
Stakeholder Management
- Build effective working relationships with senior leaders and key contributors across the firm
- Act as a central coordination point to ensure alignment and accountability across initiatives
Requirements
- University degree, ideally in business, finance, economics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders in dynamic environments.
- Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to track, follow up and close actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-level materials
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, with high attention to detail
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, exercising discretion and good judgment
