The Role
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to handover
- Value and appraise trade-ins accurately
- Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Prospect new leads and follow up with existing customers
- Support the finance and documentation process
- Ensure all handovers and paperwork are completed to a high standard
- 2+ years experience in a franchise dealership
- Proven track record in new and used vehicle sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full, clean Irish driving licence
