We are growing our Product team and are looking for a mid-level Product Manager to help shape the next generation of our platform.
The Role
As Product Manager, you will own a core area of our software platform end-to-end. You will work with engineers, designers and analysts to understand user needs, define the roadmap and deliver high-quality, data-driven features.
This is a pure product management role - focused on product strategy, discovery, roadmap and delivery - reporting into our Head / Director of Product and based in Tullamore with hybrid working.

What you will do
- Own the vision, goals and roadmap for your product area.
- Lead discovery work to understand user needs and market trends.
- Manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering and UX to deliver features from concept to release.
- Use data and feedback to prioritise, refine and iterate on the product.
- Communicate plans, progress and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
About you
- 3-5 years' experience in software product management or similar (Product Owner, BA) in a B2B or SaaS company.
- Experience owning a product or module from discovery through to launch and iteration.
- Strong understanding of Agile ways of working and SDLC.
- Comfortable talking with engineers about APIs, data flows and technical constraints.
- Analytical, structured and comfortable using data to support decisions.
- Clear communicator who can explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- Experience in fleet management, telematics, IoT or other data-rich B2B products is a plus, but not essential.
