Yomali is entering its next phase of commercial scale across a portfolio of SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce, and service businesses.
Today, the majority of growth comes through conferences, referrals, and relationships. We are now looking to build a scalable, measurable inbound acquisition engine that can generate pipeline consistently across multiple businesses.
This role exists to architect and lead that transformation.
We are not looking for a traditional brand marketer. We are looking for a true growth operator -someone obsessed with pipeline, ROAS, CAC, attribution, conversion rates, and execution speed.
You will build the marketing function from zero, personally execute early growth initiatives, and eventually scale a high-performing team and growth engine across the portfolio.

What You'll Own
Growth & Lead Generation
- Build scalable B2B inbound lead generation systems
- Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across:
- Meta
- YouTube
- Emerging channels
- Create landing pages, conversion funnels, nurture flows, and lead qualification systems
- Drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth across portfolio companies
- Own CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution, and marketing ROI
Build a repeatable content engine focused on authority, trust, and demand generation through:
- Video content
- Case studies
- Thought leadership
- Webinars
- Social media content
You will help position each business within the portfolio as a market authority.
Systems & Marketing Infrastructure
- Build and implement the modern marketing stack from scratch
- Create reporting, analytics, attribution, and tracking systems
- Continuously optimize campaigns and funnels based on performance data
- Establish scalable marketing processes and workflows
- Start as a highly hands-on individual contributor
- Hire and scale a lean, high-performing growth team over time
- Manage agencies, freelancers, AI workflows, and future internal hires
- Build a culture of experimentation, speed, accountability, and measurable outcomes
First 60 Days
- Audit current marketing landscape across portfolio companies
- Define ICPs, positioning, funnels, and GTM priorities
- Launch initial acquisition experiments
- Build strategic roadmap for scalable growth
- Lead generation engines producing qualified inbound pipeline
- Positive ROI established within at least one business unit
- Website and brand transformation underway
- Marketing stack fully operational and measurable
