We're currently looking for a delivery focused IT professional who wants to build their career in systems delivery, projects, and change initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-5 years' experience who has already gained exposure to project environments and is ready to take the next step into a more ownership driven role.

- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of systems and IT projects
- Gathering and documenting requirements with business stakeholders
- Working closely with development teams and third-party vendors
- Coordinating project activities across planning, testing, and release phases
- Supporting UAT and ensuring smooth system implementations
- Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What we're looking for:
- IT Business Analyst involved in active projects
- Junior / Associate Project Manager (tech-focused)
- Systems or Change Analyst working on delivery initiatives
- Project Coordinator with exposure to structured delivery
You should have:
- Hands on experience across the project lifecycle (requirements → delivery → testing → release)
- Exposure to systems that are evolving or being enhanced over time
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A clear interest in progressing further into delivery or project roles
This role is not suitable for those primarily working in:
- Application / production support
- Service desk or incident management
- Highly ticket-driven environments
- Ad hoc or minor change support without structured project exposure
