Teaching Fellow in Ethics,Philosophy, Temp SPC 12 Months

Applications are invited for a temporary specified purpose post of a Teaching Fellow in Ethics within UCD School of Philosophy. The School of Philosophy at University College Dublin seeks to appoint a temporary one year full time teaching fellow in Ethics. AOS ethical theory, an AOC in applied ethics and political philosophy, and ideally an AOC in philosophy of law. Although this is predominantly a teaching role, in addition to teaching, the Fellow will actively engage in the life of the School, will assist the Director of the Centre for Ethics in Public Life (CEPL) in the organisation of workshops, conferences and other events during the year, and will attend the weekly Visiting Speaker or Work in Progress seminars. We are a pluralist School, so an openness to different philosophical traditions will be welcome. Fixed Salary: €44,396 Per Annum .
