Title of Post: Post Doctoral Researcher (Level 1) in Health Services Research Post-Stroke
JOB SYNOPSIS
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Post Doctoral Researcher with excellent methodological, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills to promote and facilitate the conduct of an HRB-funded research project, around stroke rehabilitation at the University of Limerick (UL) This Post Doctoral Researcher will be expected to have knowledge of applied rehabilitations interventions, health outcomes and healthcare delivery in people with stroke or other clinical populations, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The successful applicant will bring research and/or clinical expertise in stroke-related healthcare. The overall project focuses on using a novel, flexible experimental trial design to develop, deliver and evaluate a stakeholder-informed intervention to improve cognitive outcomes in people after stroke. The post holder will have responsibility for ensuring research objectives are met through the appropriate implementation of research protocols, working alongside the Principal Investigator.

Salary Scale: €47,273 - €53,925 p.a. pro rata (maximum starting salary - €47,273 p.a. pro rata)
