Who are we looking for?
Amazing opportunity for experienced fund professionals to apply to our Platform Projects team based in Dublin. The primary role of the Fund Change Project Manager is to manage a portfolio of funds addressing any day-to-day updates/changes to the funds that client may request. The individual will ensure that these updates/changes are managed in line with legal, regulatory and fiduciary requirements as management company, but they will also need to ensure they are also completed in line with project teams responsibilities within Carne as the overall product owner, exposing the candidate to world of learning beyond the role of the management company operations.
This position can be based out of our Dublin office.

What skills, experience and qualifications are required?
- Minimum four years' experience in the funds industry, with strong knowledge of UCITS, AIFs, fund structures and regulated fund products.
- Technical fund operations experience gained within a Management Company, AIFM, Fund Administrator, Depositary, audit firm or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of ManCo governance, ACD structures, regulatory oversight, fiduciary responsibilities and fund operational processes.
- Proven project management capability, including planning, stakeholder coordination, delivery tracking, issue resolution and deadline management.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with experience coordinating internal teams across Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Oversight and Financial Reporting.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills; additional European languages such as French or German would be advantageous.
What is your role and your responsibilities?
- Manage fund change projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring all projects are completed in a timely, controlled and risk-managed manner.
- Develop and maintain project plans, project checklists, delivery milestones, action logs and progress reporting for each assigned fund or platform change.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Oversight, Financial Reporting and other internal teams to support effective project delivery.
- Support delegate due diligence and AML/KYC activities, liaising with relevant teams to ensure reviews, approvals and follow-up actions are completed within agreed timelines.
- Prepare and present fund structure changes, operational changes and related matters to committees or boards for review, approval and final sign-off where required.
- Lead project meetings, coordinate client and service provider calls, manage deliverables, track dependencies and ensure closure of agreed action points.
- Drive process improvement across the Platform Projects function, supporting enhancements to workflows, controls, templates and operating procedures.
- Coordinate the implementation of client-driven operational changes, including SLA updates, fund documentation changes and related internal approvals before effective dates.
- Monitor regulatory developments impacting funds, management companies and platform products, and support the development of new procedures where required.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are kept informed of upcoming fund change projects, process changes and operational impacts affecting existing structures.
- Support onboarding, knowledge sharing and training for new team members as required.
