Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position
- Proven experience in financial risk roles, with a strong focus on credit risk model development and validation, particularly IRB or IFRS9 frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or finance discipline (minimum 2.1).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R or SAS is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in extracting and interpreting complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data insights for non-expert audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and identify risks and challenges during engagements.
- Valid work rights for the role location (no sponsorship available).
