We have a new opportunity for a driven and motived Hire Controller to join our successful and team based in Galway.
In this role you will be:
- Receiving customer calls and dealing with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner.
- Scheduling deliveries and collections and working with the branch-based logistics team to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Supporting the field sales representative to maintain and build profitable relationships with customers.
- Working with the workshop team to ensure plant and vehicles are prepared as required to meet customer expectations.
- Ensuring that all transactions and interactions are documented, filed, and are traceable as required.
- Applying the businesses processes rigidly and efficiently to ensure proper invoicing, cost management etc.
- Work effectively and in partnership with the branch-based management, sales and operational functions.
