About the role

We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to support our customers across the EMEA region.

Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction through technical excellence, optimizing product performance within customer production environments and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Customer support & technical expertise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact and on-site visits
  • Provide technical advisory support to optimize capsule performance in customer machinery
  • Troubleshoot production issues and respond quickly to incidents
  • Conduct testing and validation trials (customer sites, machine suppliers, internal pilot equipment)
  • Support customers in improving efficiency and reducing product issues
Quality & reporting
  • Produce detailed visit, incident, and technical reports in CRM systems
  • Ensure full traceability and compliance with quality standards and procedures
  • Deliver technical studies and optimization recommendations
Continuous improvement (CAPA)
  • Analyze incidents to identify root causes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Quality) to implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Health, safety & compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and company policies
  • Actively contribute to improving workplace safety, quality, and efficiency
Profile
Education & experience
  • Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline (or equivalent in electromechanics)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical/production environments
Technical skills
  • Strong mechanical and technical expertise
  • Experience with production processes and machine automation
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify technical issues quickly
  • Familiarity with measurement tools and precision instruments
  • Knowledge of GMP standards
Languages
  • Fluent English (required)
  • Additional European language (French or German) is a plus
