Paralegal / Contracts Manager

We’re partnering with a growing international aviation platform to hire a Paralegal / Contracts Manager to join their Dublin-based legal team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to high-value international transactions, working closely with senior legal leadership across contracts, governance, and aviation finance.

The Role

You will play a key role supporting legal and commercial operations across a broad range of activities, including:

• Managing and administering commercial contracts across the business
• Supporting aircraft and engine purchase, lease, and financing transactions
• Maintaining and updating legal documentation within internal systems
• Assisting with corporate governance and company secretarial matters
• Managing NDAs, insurance documentation, and letters of credit processes
• Supporting post-transaction activities and wider legal projects

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and Asia, including internal teams, investors, and external partners such as airlines, lessors, and financial institutions

Your Profile

• 2+ years’ experience within a legal or contracts environment
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Aviation experience is a plus, but not required – candidates from other industries are very welcome.
