Role Overview:

- Assess and moderate user content in accordance with platform policies
Detect and remove material that breaches guidelines, including violence, hate speech, or spam
Make accurate and timely decisions following established procedures
Escalate complex or high-risk cases through internal channels
Maintain strong quality, productivity, and consistency standards
Record moderation actions and decisions accurately in internal systems
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Stay informed about policy updates and evolving moderation practices
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Germany (C1) and English (B2)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Irish residency card
- Experience: 0-1 year in content moderation or related roles
