We are looking for qualified Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Mechanics residing in Ireland or Europe who hold a valid EU/UK passport or have the right to live and work in Ireland, for multiple positions across Ireland.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified HGV/Diesel Mechanic (trade certificate or equivalent)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- EU/UK Passport or existing right to work in Ireland
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: From €50,000 - €60,000 per year benefits (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of HGVs and related equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and complies with health and safety regulations
- Accurately complete job cards, maintenance records, and service reports
- Work efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime and maintain fleet reliability
- Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service
- Stay up to date with technical developments, tools, and best practices in HGV maintenance
Qualifications
- HGV/Diesel Mechanic qualification (trade cert or equivalent)
- Valid driving licence
- Proven experience with diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and general mechanical work
- Previous experience working with Scania, MAN, Volvo, Iveco, DAF, Mercedes, or Renault is a strong advantage
