Sales Manager – Home Renewables | Solar Panels, Infrared Heating Systems, EV Chargers | Cork, Ireland
Location: Cork, Ireland (hybrid - 2days in the office, the rest of the week out with customers)
Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 base + Uncapped OTE €100K+
Car Allowance or Company Car available

We’re now hiring an experienced Sales Manager to grow our B2C sales, manage key accounts, and contribute to the company’s national expansion.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will lead sales efforts for our range of home renewable energy solutions, working directly with homeowners and helping develop the national sales pipeline. You'll spend a couple of days a week in our Cork HQ and the rest out in the field with customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet and exceed targets
Engage directly with customers to understand their energy needs and propose tailored solutions
Support and grow relationships with partners and key clients
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations
Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align lead generation and customer experience
Represent the company at trade shows and sustainability events
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in B2C sales, ideally within solar, EV charging, heating systems, or home energy
Passion for sustainability and the renewable energy transition
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with excellent organisational ability
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel across Ireland to meet clients
