Senior Azure Engineer - Dublin (MSP / Microsoft Partner)

We are exclusively representing a fast\-growing Dublin\-based Microsoft Partner & MSP<\/b> seeking a Senior Azure Engineer<\/b> to lead Azure management, cloud migrations, and advanced infrastructure projects for their diverse client base.

This is a hands\-on senior engineering role with significant project delivery and client\-facing responsibility - perfect for an Azure expert who enjoys owning solutions end\-to\-end.

What You'll Do<\/b>

• Azure Delivery & Management:<\/b>
  <\/p>\n

  \n

  • Design, build, and optimise Azure environments, including hybrid setups and cloud migrations.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Implement advanced services: identity & access management, governance, automation, and cost optimisation.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Deliver secure environments using MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, and Sentinel.
    <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul><\/li>\n

  • Project Ownership:<\/b>
    <\/p>\n

    • Lead client onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, and migrations from scoping through go\-live.
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Act as a technical consultant, producing clear roadmaps and solution recommendations.
      <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul><\/li>\n

    • Infrastructure & Networking:<\/b>
      <\/p>\n

      • Perform server builds and virtualisation projects (Hyper\-V\/VMware).
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Configure networking (VLANs, VPNs, SD\-WAN, Wi\-Fi deployments).
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Manage firewalls and edge security solutions.

      • Escalation & MSP Operations:<\/b>
        <\/p>\n

        • Provide Tier 3 escalation support and guidance to the service desk.

        • Maintain documentation, standards, and improve MSP tooling\/processes.

          Requirements<\/h3>

          About You<\/b>

          • 5+ years' experience<\/b> working with an MSP or IT services provider as a Senior Azure or Level 3 Technical Support Engineer.
            <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Expert\-level knowledge of Azure design, migrations, and operations<\/b>.
            <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Strong background in infrastructure projects, networking, and security<\/b>.
            <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Skilled in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and firewall management.
            <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Excellent troubleshooting ability and client\-facing communication skills.
            <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Confident leading projects from scoping to successful delivery.
            <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>
