Level 3 Technical Support Engineer - West Dublin

Stack and Co<\/b>, a specialist tech recruitment agency, is currently hiring for an experienced Level 3 Technical Support Engineer<\/b> on behalf of a well\-established and growing IT services company based in West Dublin<\/b>. This is a full\-time, permanent role ideal for a senior IT support professional with strong technical ability, excellent client\-facing skills, and hands\-on project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert\-level support to resolve advanced IT issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (on\-prem and cloud), network infrastructure, and firewalls.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Plan and execute client IT projects including server migrations, disaster recovery solutions, and cloud deployments.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365<\/b> environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Use PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and streamline system administration.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Participate in daily scheduling, resource planning, and client consultation.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Oversee IT asset management and compliance with ISO27001<\/b> standards.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Mentor and guide junior IT support staff to support professional development.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Essential Skills & Experience:
    <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 5-7+ years of hands\-on IT support experience, ideally in a Managed Services Provider (MSP)<\/b> or client\-facing role.
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365 setup and administration, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Solid experience with routers, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, switches, and VOIP systems.
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Proven success managing IT infrastructure, projects, and migrations in dynamic business environments.
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant\-to\-tenant migrations, compliance policies, and security features is a strong advantage.

    • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for system administration and automation tasks.
