Ready for real variety in a multi\-customer environment? We're hiring a hands\-on Level 2 IT Engineer who can own escalations, keep tenants healthy, and support rollouts across the Microsoft stack.<\/span>

You will have strong career progression in this role from Level 2 moving up towards Level 3 and more project work.<\/span>

  • L2 ownership: diagnose methodically, fix, document clearly<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Microsoft 365: mail\/collab\/storage tenancy care<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identity & devices: <\/span><\/span>Entra ID (Azure AD)<\/span><\/span><\/b> + <\/span><\/span>Intune\/Endpoint Manager<\/span><\/span><\/b> (Autopilot, compliance, CA)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Windows: support Windows 10\/11 and core server services<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Everyday networking: TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work the MSP way: PSA\/RMM, SLAs, asset hygiene, clear comms<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>

      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID\/Azure AD, Intune<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Structured troubleshooting, crisp ticket notes, calm user comms<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>
