Pharmacy Technician - Galway City

Clarity is recruiting aPharmacy Technicianto join a dynamic team at busy pharmacy inGalway City!

What you need to know:
This full-time position offers an excellent work-life balance with no late nights, Sundays, or bank holidays required. Some Saturday work will be involved.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in the dispensary
• Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries or requests
• Prepare and dispense prescriptions to patients
• Manage and monitor prescribed dosages
• Handle paperwork and monthly claims as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Perform any other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong time management skills
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies or completion of the IPU course
• Experience working in an Irish pharmacy

Additional Information:

• The pharmacy uses the MPS dispensing system
• Supported by a dedicated and experienced team

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
