Overview

PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. We deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.

Due to our ongoing success securing large-scale projects we are working on a new project focused on advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing. These roles will ensure compliance with GMP standards, project timelines, and operational excellence.

Each role is accountable for delivering scope across the full project lifecycle (Design, Construction, CQV, and Start-up) while operating as a cross-functional workstream lead, ensuring alignment across engineering, quality, operations, and vendors.


Responsibilities

    • Lead CQV strategy and execution for clean utilities (WFI, clean steam, gases) and black utilities (chilled water, LPHW, steam, compressed air).
    • Coordinate system boundary definition, risk assessments, and commissioning plans.
    • Develop and execute C&Q documentation (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ).
    • Interface with engineering, automation, and operations teams to ensure system integration.
    • Drive utility start-up readiness and performance verification.
    • Ensure ALCOA+ data integrity principles are applied across all CQ activities.
    • Develop and execute process CQV strategy aligned with Annex 1 and FDA guidance.
    • Support media fills, PPQ, and process validation activities.
    • Define critical process parameters (CPPs) and critical quality attributes (CQAs).
    • Integrate CQV activities with manufacturing and quality teams.
    • Ensure robust documentation and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
  • 10+ years CQV experience across utilities in pharma/biotech, asseptic processing CQV roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ISPE Baseline Guides, ASTM E2500, and GMP requirements.
  • Proven leadership in multi-system CQV delivery.
  • Strong expertise in sterile manufacturing and regulatory expectations.
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections and submissions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Greenfiels or large-scale CQV Projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
