Job Description TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Social Care Team Leader on behalf of a leading disability service based in Kilkenny. This is a full-time permanent contract working a 39-hour week from Monday to Friday - short days and flexibility is offered. Salary: 46,466 - 55,244 per annum DOE plus on call rate of 3,904 should you wish to partake An extra 4% pay increase will apply at the end of 2026. At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services. Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
