Social Care Leader

Job Description TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Social Care Team Leader on behalf of a residential Disabilities Service based in Kilkenny. The Social care Team Leader will be reporting into the Person in Charge. This is a Monday to Friday post working between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm offering some flexibility. Salary Scale: 44,111 - 52,445 depending on Relevant Experience Location: Co Kilkenny Contract: Permanent - Fulltime 40 hours Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience required: A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care or in a relevant professional discipline. At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services. Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
