Role Overview:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our logistics services over the phone and email. This is an exciting short-term contract role (2-3 months) with a strong likelihood of being made permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote logistics services

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions using our CRM system

• Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Previous telesales or phone-based customer service experience, ideally in a Logisticsenvironment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• A self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

• Knowledge of the logistics or transport industry is a plus but not essential
