Office/Sales Manager We are one of Irelands fastest growing online event companies and due to our expansion plans we are looking for a team leader to join our company. Responsibilities You will insure smooth running of the day to day operations of the office and staff. Ensuring the incoming workload is spread evenly among staff (sales calls, bookings) Monitoring staff to make sure KPIs are met weekly. Taking incoming calls to deal with customer queries. Spot checking bookings to ensure high quality of administration. Identify, follow through and fix any problems that may arise throughout the day. Liaise with suppliers to get bookings pushed through in a timely manner. Handle any customer complaints that may arise. Critical Competencies Required Efficiency - Honesty/Integrity - Organisation / Planning - Attention to detail - Persistence - Proactive - Minimum Qualifications A degree in relevant area. 3+ years in managing others Preferred Qualifications A degree in business or hospitality 5 years+ managing others in a sales call center environment.
