What You'll Be Doing
Source and engage high-volume candidate pipelines within Brazil
Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and networking channels
Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews
Coordinate interview processes and candidate communication
Maintain accurate ATS records and talent pipelines
Partner closely with DKR delivery leadership to achieve hiring targets
Build long-term talent communities for future recruitment projects
What We're Looking For
Fluent Portuguese and strong English communication skills
Previous recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting within the Brazilian market
High-volume hiring experience is essential
Strong candidate engagement and sourcing capabilities
Highly organised, responsive and delivery-focused
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
ATS experience is advantageous
