We are seeking a Media Insights & Analytics Lead to serve as the strategic architect for StackAdapt's most complex enterprise and Holding Company (Holdco) partnerships across EMEA. This is a high-impact, hands-on individual contributor role designed for a commercial accelerator who can bridge the gap between sophisticated programmatic data and executive business strategy.

In this role, you will move beyond historical performance analysis to identify the high-value growth opportunities that competitors overlook. You will act as a Trusted Advisor to Holdco VPs and CMOs, designing bespoke measurement and attribution frameworks that validate incremental business impact and secure strategic investment. As a technical practitioner with deep data fluency, you possess the autonomy to extract and model your own insights, ensuring that every recommendation is rooted in technical rigor and aligned with high-level commercial objectives.

This role is remote first, and based in EMEA (ideally the UK or Ireland), representing StackAdapt in key stakeholder discussions and delivering impactful insights narratives that bridge business objectives and media performance.

You'll report to the Senior Manager, Client Analytics Partnership, and partner closely with our Solutions, Sales, and Client Services teams to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. Your title internally will be: Client Analytics Partnership Lead.

What you'll be doing:

Client Partnership & Strategic Architecture

  • Lead Strategic Discovery: Act as the lead architect for StackAdapt's most complex enterprise and Holdco partnerships. Lead discovery workshops that pivot clients from tactical reporting to long-term learning agendas aligned with business ROI.
  • Identify Revenue Gaps: Proactively diagnose business challenges to identify measurement gaps that competitors miss, using data to prove incremental impact and drive account expansion.
  • Executive Advisory: Establish status as a trusted advisor with Holdco VPs and CMOs, representing StackAdapt in high-stakes discussions to connect media performance directly to executive business goals.

Analytics & Insights Execution

  • Hands-on Data Storytelling: Operate as a hands-on technical lead, writing your own SQL and leveraging BI tools to transform raw data into executive narratives that focus on "So What" insights over vanity metrics.
  • Bespoke Framework Design: Design and deliver custom measurement and attribution frameworks (MTA, MMM, Incrementality) that address signal loss and identity resolution challenges.
  • Test-and-Learn Leadership: Structure and interpret complex learning agendas, helping clients navigate the transition from last-click models to sophisticated incrementality testing.

Cross-Functional Diplomacy & Scalability

  • Product & Solutions Influence: Codify regional measurement gaps into actionable feature requests for the Product and Solutions teams to future-proof the platform.
  • Scalable Asset Creation: Identify recurring regional measurement themes and translate them into vertical playbooks or automation templates to be used by the wider global Data & Analytics team.
  • Cross-Functional Diplomacy: Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Solutions, and Product to co-create measurement solutions that accelerate net-new business acquisition.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or insights roles within adtech, media, or digital marketing.
  • Competitive Strategy & Revenue Gap Identification: A Challenger mindset with the ability to identify the problem behind the problem during discovery, reframing client inquiries to uncover revenue gaps and designing bespoke measurement frameworks that out-maneuver incumbents.
  • Autonomous Technical Execution: A true Architect-Builder with daily proficiency in SQL and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI); you must be capable of independently pulling, cleaning, and modeling your own data to build narratives without relying on support teams.
  • Executive Presence & Storytelling: Proven ability to engage and influence C-level marketing decision-makers by translating complex technical plumbing into clear, high-stakes narratives focused on business outcomes.
  • Agency & Holdco Fluency: Deep experience navigating the matrixed stakeholder structures of global agencies (e.g., WPP, Publicis, Omnicom) and managing the nuances of multi-brand and multi-market environments.
  • Programmatic SME: Strong background in programmatic media measurement, including deep knowledge of attribution modeling (MTA, MMM, Incrementality) and the evolving identity landscape.
  • Strategic Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional client initiatives and learning agendas with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus Points: Proficiency in Python or R; experience with offline-to-online measurement such as footfall attribution or sales matchbacks.
