Adare Manor is now accepting applications for the Aspire ManagementinTraining (MIT) Programme in Food & Beverage, a 12month accelerated development pathway designed to cultivate future leaders within our luxury resort.
This programme provides highpotential candidates with handson operational experience, structured leadership development, and direct exposure to senior leaders across all Food & Beverage outlets.
Programme Overview
Duration: 12 months
Department: Food & Beverage
Location: Adare Manor, Co. Limerick
Participants will gain broad exposure across our awardwinning F&B operations through structured rotations, supported by:
- Leadership and management training
- Onetoone mentoring
- Regular development reviews and coaching
What You'll Gain

Who Should Apply
- Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience, ideally within F&B (supervisory experience is an advantage)
