Accountabilities:

  • Support the development, refinement, and execution of an enterprise-wide organic growth strategy aligned with global portfolio objectives and long-term business priorities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize cross-sell, upsell, and portfolio expansion opportunities by analyzing customer needs, product synergies, and market trends.
  • Translate customer, product, commercial, and market intelligence into clear strategic recommendations that drive decision-making and business growth.
  • Develop and maintain recurring strategic reporting and insight packages that highlight performance trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for leadership teams.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment around growth priorities and execution plans.
  • Contribute to portfolio positioning and messaging initiatives, helping create compelling value propositions and integrated growth narratives.
  • Support governance forums and strategic planning processes by providing data-driven opportunity assessments, prioritization frameworks, and growth recommendations.
  • Assist leadership teams in developing evidence-based narratives that demonstrate portfolio performance, growth potential, and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, growth strategy, commercial strategy, product strategy, go-to-market strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Proven experience identifying and prioritizing revenue growth opportunities, including cross-sell, upsell, customer expansion, or portfolio optimization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, and leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for both operational and executive audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience influencing decisions without direct authority.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within healthcare, digital health, SaaS, technology, or other complex multi-product organizations is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working with data, market research, customer insights, and performance metrics to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
