Job Description Location: Dublin Duration: 12-Month Contract Hours: 39 per week Start Date: March 2026 An exciting opportunity is available for a Manufacturing Support Scientist/Engineer to drive and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within a GMP biologics setting. This is a key cross-functional role supporting sustainable manufacturing operations and new product start-ups. Key Responsibilities Support new product introduction and process improvement initiatives Conduct risk assessments and write process impact assessments Support product changeovers and technology transfer activities Prepare and approve GMP manufacturing documentation (including electronic batch records) Own and drive change controls, CAPAs, and investigations Represent Manufacturing in cross-functional meetings Support audits and regulatory readiness Provide training and technical knowledge transfer Drive Lean/Operational Excellence initiatives and Right-First-Time culture Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline Strong knowledge of GMP biologics manufacturing and process automation Experience supporting complex technical investigations Working knowledge of DeltaV, MES Syncade, and SAP Lean manufacturing experience Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to new product introductions within a high-performing biologics manufacturing environment.
