We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Marketing & Content Creator to support our recruitment marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in marketing, digital media, or content creation who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

If you live on TikTok, spot trends before your friends do, and love creating content that gets seen - this one's for you. You'll help us attract the next generation of cabin crew through bold campaigns, scroll-stopping content, and smart digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Creating eye-catching content for recruitment events (think reels, TikToks, stories & posts)

Coming up with fun, fresh campaign ideas that drive applications

Making sure our job ads land in front of the right people, not just more people

Managing and boosting roles across job boards and digital channels

Tracking what's working (and what's not) - and levelling it up

Staying ahead of social trends and jumping on them fast

Posting and managing cabin crew inspired content that people want to engage with

Requirements

About You

A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Basic understanding of analytics, paid ads, or job boards is a plus

Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn
