Digital Media Director

The Client: Our client specialise in providing an integrated marketing offer, incorporating the most cutting edge of digital & media communications. This company is one of the brightest stars in the Irish digital market and are currently complementing their team with astute and highly experienced digital talent. They currently require a genius - someone who will enter the business at senior management level and help bring the business to even greater heights. That person will have between 7 and 10 years working on large digital accounts. The successful candidate will focus on delivering excellent levels of client service and will be a senior contact on all the business within the group. He/ she will also oversee the implementation of best practice within the group (strategy, planning, buying). It is essential that candidates have a solid understanding of all aspects of Digital Media including Search Engine Marketing, Mobile, Social and Internet advertising. Additionally, it is essential that the successful candidate takes a hands-on role in really asserting the role of digital across a wider marketing group, driving understanding amongst the traditional account planners and working alongside them to deliver fully integrated solutions. Ideally this person's experience should span Brand & DR with a bias towards DR; and will involve media trading & auditing and working with affiliates & exchanges. The right person for this role will be highly motivated - practical, numerate, commercial, strategic and creative. This role offers a top level salary with package. 75k - 80 plus bonus and benefits.
