General Operative

We are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy and growing food production facility in Naas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the food industry, with real opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working across both high-risk and low-risk production areas

• Assisting with food preparation, packing, and labelling

• Ensuring all hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times

• Following company procedures and health safety guidelines

• Supporting team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food production environment is an advantage but not essential

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Flexibility to work across different production areas

• Comfortable using computers

Working Hours:

• Shifts available: Morning 6am - 2pm / Evening 2pm - 10pm / Nights 10pm - 6am - set shift depending on preference
