About the role:

To be successful in this role you will be responsible for the management and delivery of projects for external and internal clients through the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of the project are planned and executed in a manner that will lead to meeting the implementation goals within the established time frame and budget to a high degree of customer satisfaction.

This role is particularly focused on ERP software deployment and solution delivery, as such, strong experience in ERP delivery, particularly finance-led implementations, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across functional, technical, and change workstreams is a distinct advantage. Knowledge across other Microsoft products will be an advantage.

Ideally, you will hold a relevant Project Management certification and have a thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle. Ideally you will have a thorough understanding of Microsoft products and experience of delivering complex software implementation projects to exacting standards.

Role:

• The successful candidate will manage and deliver high-value, high-visibility projects to Storm clients.

• The successful candidate will operate at a senior delivery lead level, managing complex, high-value ERP programmes and acting as the primary point of accountability for project success. They will be comfortable working in demanding client environments, engaging with senior stakeholders, and leading cross-functional delivery teams.

• The candidate will be a high-energy individual with an ability to manage all aspects of a project in an often demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle using industry-standard Project Methodologies

• Deliver projects on time and on budget

• Create and actively manage project risks and issues

• Manage senior stakeholders

• Ensure appropriate project governance is used throughout the project

• Contribute to the Storm project management methodology

Required Behaviours and Personal Skills

• 8-10+ years' experience delivering complex IT projects, with experience on ERP implementations a distinct advantage

• Experience working in a Finance role, or deploying finance-related projects is a distinct advantage

• Background in Professional Services consultancy an advantage

• Experience delivering projects within the Microsoft Product Stack is a distinct advantage

• Ability to understand the business imperatives, in addition to the technical imperatives, of a project

• The ability to respond to and manage uncertainty

• Results-driven with a focus on delivering business outcomes for clients

• Commercially aware

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
