Overview
Zinkworks is seeking a QA & Performance Test Lead to drive quality assurance activities for complex cloud-native platforms. This role will lead QA strategy, oversee testing processes, and ensure system performance, reliability, and security across large-scale telecom applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy and testing activities across complex engineering programmes.
- Design and execute performance testing strategies for large-scale cloud-native applications.
- Conduct and oversee security testing and validation activities.
- Build and manage automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure scalability and reliability for large-scale telecom systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in performance testing and performance engineering.
- Experience in designing test strategy for performance testing, stress testing
- Experience in test automation and guiding teams by helping them identify end-to-end tests for automation
- Experience conducting security testing and validation.
- Experience in testing cloud-native and distributed systems.
- Experience working with large-scale telecom or enterprise platforms.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with test automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes or cloud-native architectures.
