  • Define and execute the target operating model (TOM): optimize process design, roles, SLAs/KPIs, coverage, and location strategy to improve resilience and scalability.
  • Deliver transformation with Product/Tech: translate strategy into operational requirements, influence roadmaps, and lead implementation of new capabilities (workflow, data, reporting, client channels).
  • Champion continuous improvement and AI adoption: identify high-impact opportunities for automation, intelligent triage, exception prediction, and content generation-while ensuring appropriate controls and measurable benefits.
  • Develop leaders and talent: build a high-performing, client-centric culture; coach managers, manage performance, and create clear development pathways.
  • Own metrics and management reporting: implement a KPI/OKR framework across timeliness, accuracy, query cycle time, breaks/aging, risk events, capacity, and client outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proven senior leadership experience (7+ years) running multi-location, high-volume operational teams (c. 30-60+ headcount) with accountability for SLAs and risk outcomes.
  • Strong domain expertise in fund services / transfer agency/ investor relations, with depth across alternatives operating models and investor/client servicing expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute complex change across operations, product, and technology-turning strategy into shipped improvements and measurable results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at senior levels and align cross-functional partners to outcomes.
  • Strong command of operational risk and control disciplines (governance, issue management, remediation, audit/regulatory readiness).
  • Data-driven operator: able to build performance transparency, diagnose root causes, and drive sustained improvements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience modernizing Investor Relations service delivery through workflow digitization, data standardization, and reporting/platform enhancements.
  • Demonstrated delivery of AI-enabled operations improvements (e.g., intelligent case routing, exception analytics, automated client responses, document/report automation) with clear control frameworks.
  • Experience supporting global alternatives products (e.g., private equity, private credit, real assets, hedge funds) and related lifecycle events.
