We are currently seeking experienced Baristas to join our Foodhall team

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and providing excellence in customer service at all times

Food preparation and display, ensuring safe food handling and full HACCP compliance

Day to day cleaning and maintenance of the deli coffee station

Assist customers with queries regarding deli and coffee products

Using a manual coffee machine and dialling in grinders

Stock rotation and replenishment

Other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time

The Person:

Previous experience in a busy cafe environment with barista and deli experience

Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable with a passion for customer-service

Ability to be organised and work under pressure

A passion for good food and coffee

You're passionate about what you do and bring your authentic self to work everyday

You're innovative in your approach to your role and not afraid to think outside the box

You're an empathetic person, with the ability to inspire others

You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach

You have a high standard of integrity, with sound judgement and a commitment to excellence
