Service Operations Manager
Job Summary
In this role, you will work with the Operations Manager to provide general administrative services at the business level and provide back-up support within the Operations team within Electrification Service (ELSE) division.
This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: #Hybrid from our Dublin office
- Performs general administrative activities and provides backup support to the team in case of sickness/absence/workload.
- Acts as local support for all administration activities within ELSE Ireland.
- Schedules and coordinates training for the Field Service Engineers to enable them to proceed to a customer visit safely.
- Schedules Inductions and access to ABB Customer sites
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Role
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a business administration support role or similar with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records, and proficiency with office management systems.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of SAP advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, with capability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Ability to identify issues, take initiative, work independently, and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency.
