Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a new Logistics Coordinator located in Dundalk, Ireland

What a typical day looks like:
  • Co-ordinate drivers and vehicles to optimise movements and improve efficiency
  • Manage the dispatching, routing, and tracking of all delivery vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with all transport policies, legislation, and procedures, including load security
  • Oversee maintenance, servicing, and roadworthiness of the transport fleet
  • Support the induction and training of new team members
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, including tracking and follow-up on Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
  • Organise and monitor routine vehicle checks
  • Support and participate in health & safety investigations relating to transport activities
  • Identify operational issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare domestic delivery documentation and international export paperwork


The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to respond to day-to-day operational challenges
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally (drivers, warehouse, production)
  • Good attention to detail, particularly in relation to documentation and compliance
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
