We are currently seeking experienced Baristas to join our Foodhall team
Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers and providing excellence in customer service at all times
• Food preparation and display, ensuring safe food handling and full HACCP compliance
• Day to day cleaning and maintenance of the deli coffee station
• Assist customers with queries regarding deli and coffee products
• Using a manual coffee machine and dialling in grinders
• Stock rotation and replenishment
• Other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time
The Person:
• Previous experience in a busy café environment with barista and deli experience
• Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable with a passion for customer-service
• Ability to be organised and work under pressure
• A passion for good food and coffee
• You're passionate about what you do and bring your authentic self to work everyday
• You're innovative in your approach to your role and not afraid to think outside the box
• You're an empathetic person, with the ability to inspire others
• You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach
