Your Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer support for Dyson products to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Use CRM and company systems to log and manage customer interactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to learn and use CRM and related tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
  • Work from home is possible, anywhere in Greece.
