The Role

We are currently recruiting a Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Drawing Room Team.

Overlooking the formal gardens and bathed in natural daylight, the Drawing Room exudes warmth, elegance, and timeless style, offering guests the perfect setting for a tranquil interlude. Open from 8:00am daily, guests may enjoy morning coffee beside the expansive windows, light meals and refreshments throughout the day, or indulge in a flute of champagne or a handcrafted cocktail created by our expert Mixologist.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure the highest standards of hospitality are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks in accordance with Adare Manor's luxury service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge of menus, beverages, and daily offerings.
• Set up and maintain the Drawing Room to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment is desirable.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
