We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Assistant Manager to join our team at MACE in Ballysadare, Ireland. As the Store Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Role includes:

• Assist the store manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels
• Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving merchandise
• Ensure store cleanliness and organisation to create a welcoming environment for customers
• Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement
