Sea Logistics Customer & Operations Expert ZS-OC

As a Customer and Operations Expert in our Sea Logistics team, you'll be the voice of Kuehne+Nagel for our customers, ensuring their shipments are handled with care, precision, and a proactive attitude. You'll be part of a dynamic team, supporting customers throughout their shipment journey, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

This is a temporary position with a duration of one year.

How you create impact

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and positive experience
• Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates and prevent potential issues
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Capture and manage customer requirements in internal systems
• Investigate and resolve service deviations quickly and effectively
• Support claims handling and contribute to reporting activities
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in customer service processes

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sea logistics
• Strong written communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to produce timely and accurate monthly reports
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to contribute to an efficient and professional service environment
