Job Summary
At WiiGroup, we integrate advanced planning systems with real-time construction delivery to execute world-class data centre projects.
We’re hiring a Senior Construction Planner to lead schedule development, programme management, and coordination across all phases of a data centre project. This role will take ownership of planning strategy, drive programme performance, and support project leadership in delivering complex, fast-track builds.

You are an experienced planner who thrives on delivering complex construction programmes in high-pressure, mission-critical environments. You bring a strategic mindset, leadership capability, and deep technical expertise in planning and scheduling.
You are confident managing multiple interfaces, guiding junior planners, and influencing project teams to align with programme objectives. You take ownership, anticipate challenges before they arise, and use data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing planning excellence within digitally driven construction environments.
Experience Required
7–10+ years’ experience in construction planning, with a strong focus on data centre, MEP, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential), with the ability to develop, manage, and optimise complex project schedules
Proven experience leading planning activities across full project lifecycles(design, construction, commissioning, and handover)
Strong understanding of data centre construction sequencing, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning integration
Experience working in live construction environments, collaborating with site teams to validate progress, identify risks, and drive programme recovery where required
Expertise in developing and managing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)and robust scheduling frameworks
Strong analytical capability to assess progress, forecast delays, and implement mitigation strategies
Experience producing high-quality reports and dashboards, including Power BI or equivalent tools
Demonstrated ability to lead planning coordination meetingsand interface with project stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and delivery under pressure
Desirable
Experience on hyperscale or mission-critical data centre projects
Familiarity with BIM, 4D planning, and digital construction tools
Background in engineering or construction management
Experience working in fast-track or high-value projects across Europe
Strong digital mindset with exposure to integrated project controls environments
