Sales Support Administrator ( Permanent full -time)
We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team , this is a full time permanent role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Team Manager and liaise daily with the Sales Team to provide high-quality administrative and operational support
Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
Process EDI orders and support integrations with online platforms and API data connections
Follow up on ERP order workflows to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Conduct sales data analysis and assist with report generation and daily data maintenance
Answer incoming phone calls and manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Solid understanding of EDI processes and API integration logic
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, such as Dynamics NAV or Business Central
Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage, but not essential
Excellent communication skills in English
Reliable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
