Reports To: CSS Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled System Administrator to join our CSS Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting the POS system (IVEND), supporting our stores across multiple locations, and providing SAP support.

This role requires a strong IT background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering high-quality support to store teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer, maintain, and support the IVEND POS system

· Provide day-to-day IT support to retail stores across multiple locations

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and POS-related issues

· Support store teams with SAP transactional activities and day-to-day retail system usage

· Coordinate with external vendors and third-party IT providers when required

· Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

· Escalate critical issues appropriately and follow through to resolution

· Provide training and guidance to store users on systems and processes when required

· Carry out additional ad hoc IT and systems administration duties as required

Requirements Skills

Essential Skills

· Strong IT troubleshooting and technical support skills

· Experience supporting POS systems, preferably IVEND

· Experience working with SAP

· Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365

· Experience with hardware support and system administration

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

· Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

· Previous experience in a retail IT support environment

· Experience supporting multi-site operations
