Due to portfolio expansion, an exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a leading real estate advisory firm based in Dublin.
This is a key position within a growing and dynamic property management team, offering excellent long-term career prospects in a globally renowned organisation. You will be supported by an experienced and collaborative management team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse commercial property portfolio, including office, retail, residential and mixed-use assets
  • Act as the primary liaison for landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers
  • Prepare and oversee annual service charge budgets, financial reports, and lease compliance documentation
  • Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring full health & safety compliance, and supervise maintenance and capital works
  • Lead and participate in client meetings and site inspections, ensuring service excellence
  • Mentor and guide junior team members; support the development of best practices and internal process improvements
  • Assist in business development activities, including onboarding of new properties and pitch support
  • Manage contractor documentation (tendering, SLAs, SOPs, H&S, financials, reporting)
  • Contribute to site sustainability initiatives and cost-saving strategies
  • Ensure timely implementation of health & safety actions from audits
  • Periodic reporting (monthly, weekly, ad hoc) with support from central teams
  • Provide occasional helpdesk support for out-of-hours issues


Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in commercial / residential property management, with a minimum of 3 years in block property management
  • Strong knowledge of Irish commercial property legislation, MUD legislation, lease structures, and service charge practices
  • Experience in OMC management (beneficial but not essential)
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control across multiple sites
  • Ability to develop and manage site systems and services within new and existing developments
  • Proven client relationship management skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing contractors and ensuring work quality and compliance
  • Strong IT literacy and experience with property management systems and reporting tools
