Catering Officer Grade II

To assist the Head of Catering Manager in all operational matters of the Catering Department. To be involved in the day-to-day operations of Catering Services in the hospital and ensure that the highest standards and quality services are provided to patients, staff and visitors in accordance with relevant food safety legislation and best practice. Main areas of responsibility will be assigned by the Head of Catering. Main areas will involve Patient Services, Main Kitchen and Restaurant.
