Role Profile

This role will provide dedicated support to DCUIA. It will have a dual reporting line, reporting to both the divisional Executive Directors of DCUIA and DCU People.

As a People Partner, you will act as a strategic consultant and operational lead for DCUIA. You will collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that align with the Academy's service provision and vision. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who enjoys a mix of high-level strategic advisory and "sleeves-rolled-up" operational support

Salary Scale:

Professional 4 - €44,669- €65,331

Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
